Cannabis Nurses of Color (CNOC) was established as a safe space for advocacy, education, and training for nurses of color in the cannabis industry. CNOC is a collective of knowledge and resources with an emphasis on the issues affecting our communities, the generational harms that have created barriers to access, and the issues as it relates to working as a nurse of color in the cannabis space.
