Key Findings: This case report discusses a 21-year-old patient presenting to the emergency room after an overdose of ondansetron and a positive urine drug screen for tetrahydrocannabinol (THC). She had a history of depression and chronic cannabis use and was observed in the psychiatric unit for six days before being discharged.
