Cannabis use, sleep and mood disturbances among persons with epilepsy - A clinical and polysomnography study from a Canadian tertiary care epilepsy center

Key Findings:  This study found that people with epilepsy who regularly use cannabis report better subjective sleep quality than non-users, despite no significant differences in objective sleep parameters, and that depressive symptom severity is a key predictor of both subjective sleep quality and excessive daytime sleepiness.
