Key Findings:  This case report documents a 47-year-old patient who presented to the emergency department with 5 days of nausea and vomiting, hallucinations, abdominal pain, severe back pain, hematuria, and then anuria. Further information about her use of synthetic cannabis products led to the diagnosis of renal necrosis which required long-term hemodialysis.
