Key Findings:  This case report identifies a 35-year-old with acute kidney injury. During their hospitalization, it was confirmed through urine drug screening that they were positive for tetrahydrocannabinol, and the patient admitted to 15 years of daily cannabis use. The diagnosis of cannabis hyperemesis syndrome was suspected.
