Cannabidiol attenuates arsenic-induced nephrotoxicity via the NOX4 and NF-κB pathways in mice

Key Findings:  This study demonstrated that cannabidiol (CBD) alleviated sodium arsenite-induced nephrotoxicity in mice by reducing oxidative stress, inflammation, and apoptosis, potentially via inhibition of the NF-kB and NOX4 pathways.
