Key Findings:  Cancer patients use cannabis for different reasons. This survey of genitourinary cancer patients, namely bladder, prostate, and kidney cancers, found that many report relief in symptoms, related to their treatment, by using cannabis. Forty-eight percent used cannabis daily, and 78% for more than a year. By self-report most reported improved sleep, anxiety, and overall mood.
