Key Findings:  This analysis of the role of cannabinoids in the treatment of lower urologic symptoms finds that they are well-tolerated in the short-term, but efficacy and long-term impact are unproven and unknown in urologic discomfort. Further analysis via well-designed randomized controlled trials is certainly warranted
