Rare Phytocannabinoids Exert Anti-Inflammatory Effects on Human Keratinocytes via the Endocannabinoid System and MAPK Signaling Pathway

Key Findings:  This study demonstrates that rare cannabis-derived phytocannabinoids (CBG, CBC, THCV, and CBGA) exhibit significant anti-inflammatory effects in inflamed human keratinocytes by reducing the release of pro-inflammatory interleukins and modulating endocannabinoid and MAPK signaling pathways, suggesting potential therapeutic applications for inflammation-related skin disorders such as atopic dermatitis and psoriasis.
