Detectability of cannabinoids in the serum samples of cannabis users: Indicators of recent cannabis use? A follow-up study

Key Findings:  This study evaluated the blood concnetnrations of 18 cannabinoids within 24 hours of cannabis consumption. All except CBDA and CBLA were detected in at least one analyzed sample. As expected the concentration of minor cannabinoids was low. There was no correlation between the blood concentration and the interval between consumption and blood sampling.
