Role of Cannabidiol and Tetrahydrocannabivarin on Paclitaxel-induced neuropathic pain in rodents

Key Findings:  The combination of CBD and THCV protected mice from Paclitaxel-induced peripheral neuropathy (PIPN). More specifically, the entourage effect associated with the co-administration of CBD and THCV against PIPN appears to protect neurons via 5HT1A and CB1 receptors sites.
