Tetrahydrocannabivarin (THCV) Protects Adipose-Derived Mesenchymal Stem Cells (ASC) against Endoplasmic Reticulum Stress Development and Reduces Inflammation during Adipogenesis

Key Findings:  This study demonstrates that Δ9-tetrahydrocannabivarin protects adipose-derived mesenchymal stem cells from endoplasmic reticulum stress by restoring cellular architecture, migration, and proliferation, modulating inflammatory and apoptotic responses, and downregulating unfolded protein response gene expression, suggesting therapeutic potential in obesity-related metabolic disorders.
