Financial incentives for smoking cessation in pregnancy: multicentre randomised controlled trial

Key Findings:  Financial incentives to quit smoking tobacco were effective in increasing abstinence in pregnant women in this study. There was no difference, however, in withdrawal, blood pressure, weight, or cannabis or alcohol use.
