A Rare Case of Vaping-Induced Spontaneous Pneumomediastinum

Key Findings:  A young patient presented to the emergency room with acute chest pain. The urine drug screen was positive for cannabinoids correlating to her only medical history of vaping. Further workup found evidence of pneumomediastinum on her x-ray, and likely the cause of her symptoms.
