Driving Performance and Cannabis Users' Perception of Safety: A Randomized Clinical Trial

Key Findings:  Looking at actual and perceived driving impairment following cannabis consumption, this analysis finds that ad libitum users resulted in simulated driving decrements. Users were willing to drive after an hour and a half, despite impairments present up to 4 hours later.
