Key Findings:  This report presented the case of a patient with a 10-year history of cannabis use, no psychiatric history, who developed panic attacks 2 years after cessation of cannabis. With other causative factors ruled out, they were diagnosed with presumed cannabis-induced anxiety/panic disorder. This differential should be considered in patients with a remote history of cannabis use.
