Key Findings:  A patient with Dravat syndrome taking lithium was found to have hypersomnolence, ataxia, and stopped eating due to confirmed lithium toxicity. The patient had started cannabidiol (CBD) several weeks prior for seizure management, and it is suspected that the interaction between the two agents caused the levels of lithium to increase. The patient discontinued lithium treatment and remained on CBD with good seizure control thereafter.
