Key Findings:  This case report presents a female in her early thirties with a history of cannabis use disorder who presented to the emergency room with non-bloody emesis 5 times a day for the past 4 days. Other medical history included post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), depression, pancreatitis, and gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD).
