Key Findings:  This review of the current literature on the incidence and demographics of acute pancreatitis related to cannabis use concludes that it was more often found in men, and the mean age was 29.2 +/- 10 years. Symptoms of cannabis-related acute pancreatitis are abdominal pain, nausea, and vomiting. Thus cannabis use should be part of the process of diagnosing acute pancreatitis.
