Treatment of Crohn's Disease With Cannabis: An Observational Study
Key Findings: Out of 30 patients 21 showed significantly improvements after treatment with cannabis. Furthermore, patients were able to reduce their reliance on other medications and there was evidence that cannabis-using patients demonstrated a significant lower need for surgery.
