Key Findings:  The use of heat on bulk cannabis plant material found some reductions in microbial counts, but they reductions were not statistically significant. Results indicate that standard vaporization heating at 190°C for 70 seconds may not eliminate the microbial bioburden, including dangerous and opportunistic pathogens.
