Longitudinal effects of cannabis use on attentional processes in patients with first episode of psychosis

Key Findings:  This study of patients with a first episode of psychosis and the effects of cannabis use found that both cannabis and non-cannabis users had attention deficits, however, never-users had better long-term outcomes than cannabis users.
