Prenatal cannabis exposure predicts attention problems, without changes on fMRI in adolescents

Key Findings:  Adolescents who were exposed to cannabis prenatally had a significantly increased rate of attention problems, externalizing, and behavioral problems overall. Prenatal cannabis exposure did not, however, affect cognitive performance or brain activation patterns under fMRI testing.
