Cannabis use and posttraumatic stress disorder comorbidity: Epidemiology, biology and the potential for novel treatment approaches

Key Findings:  This is a review of clinical and preclinical literature regarding a correlation between cannabis use and PTSD, both positive and negative role of endocannabinoids in regulating stress, and possible therapeutics that could impact treatments in these areas.
