Predictors of pain reduction among fibromyalgia patients using medical cannabis: a long-term prospective cohort study

Key Findings:  This study of patients with fibromyalgia (FM) taking medical cannabis for pain reductions found it did reduce patients' pain intensity and was partly due to improvement in sleep problems and negative affect.
