Key Findings:  Select cannabidiol(CBD)- terpene ratios increase slow wave sleep (SWS) and rapid eye movement ( REM) in some individuals with insomnia and maight be a safe and efficacious alternative to over-the-counter (OTC) and prescribed sleep medications.
