Beta-caryophyllene attenuates short-term recurrent seizure activity and blood-brain-barrier breakdown after pilocarpine-induced status epilepticus in rats

Key Findings:  Data showed that animals treated with beta-caryophyllene (100 mg/kg, ip) presented with fewer seizure activities than vehicle-treated counterparts.
