Effects of Cannabidiol on Innate Immunity: Experimental Evidence and Clinical Relevance

Key Findings:  Preclinical evidence shows that cannabidiol (CBD) effectively decreases the production of inflammatory markers and cytokines and reduces tissue infiltration. CBD also appears to affect several other inflammatory reactions in immune cells.
