Different Cytotoxic Effects of Vetiver Oil on Three Types of Cancer Cells, Mainly Targeting CNR2 on TNBC

Key Findings:  Resulting data suggests that vetiver oil (in which β-caryophyllene was the most abundant constituent) may represent a novel anti-cancer agent in cases of triple negative breast cancer cells. The authors posit that these potentially therapeutic effects were most likely induced via modulation of CB2 receptor sites.
