Key Findings:  The authors conclude that cannabinoids may improve some autism-related symptoms i.e. problem behaviors, sleep problems, and hyperactivity. However, their efficacy on core symptoms (i.e., socio-communication impairments, restricted interests, or ritualistic behavior) remains to be elucidated.
