Key Findings:  These findings strongly suggest that modulation of the cannabinoid CB2 receptors might be a promising therapeutic strategy for the treatment of bladder diseases and conditions characterized by inflammation, such as interstitial cystitis. More specifically, the use of JWH015 (CB2 agonist) induced anti-inflammatory activity in the test animals.
