Profiling Cannabinoid Contents and Expression Levels of Corresponding Biosynthetic Genes in Commercial Cannabis (Cannabis sativa L.) Cultivars

Key Findings:  This lab analysis of commercially available cannabis cultivars using high-performance liquid chromatography measured the levels of several cannabinoids including cannabidivarin (CBDV), cannabidiol (CBD), cannabichromene (CBC), Δ9-tetrahydrocannabinol (THC), and more. Additionally, this study suggests that the accumulation of cannabinoids may be related to gene transcriptions of key enzymes.
