Key Findings:  The authors report the case of a 49-year-old woman with metastasizing breast cancer spreading to the bone, liver, and lymph nodes. She received several rounds of chemotherapy and radiation therapy. In addition, the patient began self-administering cannabis daily in the form of oils and alcohol extracts (containing CBD, CBDA, CBDV, CBC, THC, THCA, THCV, CBG, CBGA, and CBN) as well as psilocybin in four sessions over a period of three years. After five-month of cannabinoid-based treatments imaging showed no evidence of metastatic disease. After 18 months (and reduced cannabinoid-therapy to 60% of peak treatment dosages) the cancer returned. Treatment levels were restored to the initial dosing protocol and 16 months after recurrence, tests revealed the regression of the cancer.
